Forgive me for anwering a question with a question but “What have you got to loose?” Its free… $0. And, learning is never 1 and done, its never find the end solution and be finished. You need lots of voices in the room to progress quickly.

Yes! Whether you are in person or online, its up to you. You have to decide what to do with your practice time and playing. You could go in person 3 days a week to lessons, but if you never devote the right energy to it it goes nowhere. You can have one good online lesson, then make the most of the rest of your week #theother6days and make lots of progress.
